Die Tagung war sehr anregend und gut abgerundet: Der Bogen von der theoretischen Erdung (Kozinets) zur pragmatischen Anwendung stimmte. Da ist eine neue Methode dabei sich zu verbreiten — und wohl auch sich auszudifferenzieren.
Das Thema *Netnographie* werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter verfolgen - zunächst bin ich dabei es in meinen Kurs zu Online-Marktforschung einzubauen.
